Service Description
Nestled in the heart of the Garboldisham Community Green, is our beautifully refurbished pavilion. It offers the perfect space for community groups, youth activities, birthday parties, and social gatherings. Inside, you’ll find a bright and modern space equipped with heating, running water, tables, chairs, and full disabled access – ideal for events year-round. Outside, enjoy direct access to green open space, a children's play park, and the adjacent multi-use games area (available to book alongside). There’s a dedicated accessible car park for hassle-free arrival, and the peaceful rural setting makes this a wonderful spot to come together, celebrate, or simply enjoy the outdoors with friends and family. Cancellation Policy
Following the completed booking form and payment, as the hirer, you accept the terms and conditions of use as described and available in full on the website. These Terms and Conditions will govern the hire of the Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) owned and managed by the GRGC and located at Garboldisham Recreation Ground, IP22 2QW. Priority will be given to the residents, organisations, and sporting clubs based within Garboldisham. 2.0 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions 2.1 Use of the MUGA is subject to the Terms and Conditions herein. By making a booking the Hirer accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Hirer further agrees to abide by and enforce these Terms and Conditions. Any incident arising from a breach of the Terms and Conditions will be the sole responsibility of the Hirer, and any such breach may result in loss of the hire fee and could incur additional charges. 2.2 The GRGCs decision regarding any booking disputes, will be final.
